Lodging Policies

Check-in and check-out for all accommodations takes place at the Mountain Grand Lodge and Spa. Winter months, Clock Tower, Boynehof, and Chalet Edelweiss guests can check-in at Clock Tower Lodge on Fridays and Saturdays. A credit card is required for check-in, and the minimum age requirement is 21.

• A deposit is equal to half of the price of your stay, excluding golf groups, which are $300 per person.
• Failure to arrive on a confirmed reservation date will result in forfeiture of the total deposit amount.
• Cancellations received fourteen (14) or more days before your arrival date will allow a refund of your deposit minus a $10 administrative fee. Cancellations received within fourteen (14) days of arrival require forfeiture of the entire deposit. Cancellation of your lodging accommodations will also automatically cancel any tee times booked in conjunction with those accommodations. Cancelling your reservation that is part of a larger group may require payment in full.
• Special event and holiday cancellation policies may exist; please ask your reservationist.

We are following AHLA Safe Stay guidelines to ensure the safety of our guests and team members. If you would like to opt-out of daily housekeeping stayover service during your stay, please notify the Front Desk upon check-in. Guests may request trash pickup and linen replacements at any time. We're happy to deliver any additional in-room amenities as needed.  Click here for further information on current cleaning protocols. 

Mountain Villa, Village at Disciples Ridge, Deer Lake Villa, and Mountain Cabin units do not receive daily housekeeping services.

Complete housekeeping services may be arranged prior to your arrival for an additional fee and are based on availability of attendants.

All packages rates vary based on number of guests per stay and minimum occupancy may be required.  If the number of guests in your unit changes, please notify a reservations agent prior to arrival to confirm your revised package price.

Pets are allowed in select accommodations at Boyne Mountain.  Please call Central Reservations to reserve pet-friendly accommodations.  Boarding kennels are located within 10 minutes of the resort.  See Pet Policy

Michigan state law prohibits operation of private snowmobiles on resort property. Please phone reservations for information about area trail access and to arrange special parking.
