Fitness Class Descriptions

Therapeutic and Restorative Yoga

We use the science of "Mind and Body" to effectively help relieve chronic pain and stress. This yoga class is for ALL levels of yoga experience. 

Nature Hike

The group will navigate the many wooded trails, taking in the astounding views of the Boyne Valley and beautiful canopies above. Dress for the elements, we will hike rain or shine.

Aqua Aerobics

Increase aerobic fitness levels, muscular strength, endurance, and flexibility while enjoying the beautiful outdoors in our heated pool. 

Wet n' Wild Aqua

In this aqua class participants will move 2,500 to 3,500 steps at a turbo-charged pace in just 25-30 minutes.

Turbokick

Kickboxing class has evolved blending martial arts, trendy music, and fun choreography. The workout is energizing, yet low-impact.

Piyo

Pilates and yoga blend together for a low impact workout of core strength and flexibilty

Vinyasa Yoga

A style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together, moving from one to another, seamlessly, using breath.

All fitness classes are held at The Spa
