Local Lakes + Beaches
Few things in life are better than a Northern Michigan beach day. Whether you're swimming in inland lakes, hunting for Petoskey stones along Lake Michigan's shoreline, or watching the sun go down over Little Traverse Bay, the water around here has a way of making everything else feel very far away.

Deer Lake
Before you venture out, don't overlook what's right here. Deer Lake, right here at the resort, is the perfect basecamp beach. Pack your towel and start your day here before heading out to explore the region.
Grab a paddleboard, kayak, or aqua cycle from on-site rentals and get out on the water before you've even left the property. When hunger hits, the Beach House Restaurant has you covered without ever making you leave
