Spring 2020 FAQ

  • Unfortunately given the unprecedented circumstances facing our country, we will not re-open for skiing this spring. Thanks for your understanding.

  • As of now, we have not set a re-open date. This is a fluid situation and we are closely monitoring recommendations from the CDC and WHO. 

  • Yes, we plan to open up the building starting March 19 for guests to retrieve locker items. Locker areas will open from 9am-4pm daily until April 1. 

  • If you have lodging reservations, rest assured that our representatives are diligently working to contact you to cancel or reschedule your stay. All advance lift ticket, rental, lesson, adventure activities, and Avalanche Bay Indoor Waterpark day pass purchases are fully refundable and will automatically be processed by our team. Due to high volumes, refunds could take 7-10 business days to process.

  • We recognize this 2019-20 winter season has been interrupted and cut short for everyone. Please stand by for more information regarding current season passes as we continue to review the situation. For the latest information, be sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram.

  • For those that skied two or more days on your Spring-a-licious Pass, we are offering a credit in the full amount of $159 to be put towards a 20/21 season pass or lift access product.

    For those that skied one day on their Spring-a-licious Pass, we are offering a credit of $159 towards a 20/21 season pass or lift access product - or a $100 refund. 

    For those that did not use their Spring-a-licious Pass, we are offering a full refund. 

  • Given these unprecedented times, a re-open date is yet to be determined. The health and safety of our team, guests, and community are of the utmost importance and we are closely monitoring the recommendations from the CDC and WHO. For the latest information, be sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram.

    Anyone with reservations through the end of April are automatically refunded by our team. 

  • All of our dining establishments and retail outlets are currently closed until further notice. Our team donated much of our produce and perishable goods to our local schools for distribution to the community. 

  • As for next winter's 2020-21 season passes, during these unprecedented times, we understand this may not be the best time to buy a future pass. We are extending the early season pass purchase deadline until further notice. Once things begin to normalize, we will get back in touch with more information.

  • Any uphill travel on the slopes during the closure of our property is considered trespassing. Ungroomed slopes with the absence of ski patrol can be hazardous to your health and we don't want to add any more pressure on our local healthcare teams at this time. Thanks for understanding.
