Join us for a special Sustainability Dinner at The Beach House Restaurant on Friday, May 10, from 6:30-9:00pm.

This four-course meal showcases delicious, sustainably sourced ingredients. Our chefs are crafting a menu that celebrates local, seasonal bounty, minimizing environmental impact while maximizing flavor.

Perfectly paired with each course will be a selection of craft beers from Short's Brewery, a Michigan favorite known for its commitment to sustainable brewing practices.

      Event Details

        • 6:30pm: Arrive to complimentary beer and hors d'oeuvres. Find your seats.
        • 6:45pm: Welcome introduction from our Chef, Sustainability Coordinator, and Short's Brewing.
        • Course one served
        • Course two served: Short's Brewing shares more about sustainable brewing practices.
        • Course three served: Learn more about Boyne Mountain's sustainability efforts through our Food & Beverage outlets and resort infrastructure.
        • Course four served: Q&A Session with Boyne and Short's.
        • Farewell! Enjoy a Thirst Mutilator for the road.

        *Parties will be sat at random unless groups are specified at the time of booking.
