What You need to Know

Policies & Services

  • Check-in is 5pm and check-out is at 11am. 

  • Chalet Edelweiss is located at Boyne Mountain Resort in Boyne Falls, Michigan. The lodge is nestled in the heart of the mountain, just across the slopes from the Clock Tower Lodge. 

  • The check-in for Chalet Edelweiss is located at the Mountain Grand Lodge and Spa, with the option to check-in at the Clock Tower Lodge on weekends. You may unload your luggage in the Cliffdweller Circle Drive, just past Village Lane. Our Chalet Valet team meets you at the front entrance of the Clock Tower Lodge to assist with your items. You may choose to valet your vehicle ($25) or self park in the Boynehof parking lot. 

  • Our Chalet Valet loads your belongings and room occupants in a six-person Polaris side-by-side. There is not a paved walkway to Chalet Edelweiss during ski season, so this is a necessary means of transportation to your lodging destination. Sit back and enjoy the ride! 

  • Simply dial the operator or call 231.549.6000 for assistance on your check-out day. We'll send our Chalet Valet Polaris side-by-side to load you and your belongings up and take you to your vehicle. 

  • No, express check is available. Any amenities purchased through your room automatically charge to your card on file upon departure. 

  • Yes, it is required that the reservation is booked by an adult that is 21+ years of age. 

  • Our valet parking team is stationed at the entrance of the Clock Tower Lodge and able to take electronic payment of $25 at your vehicle. Cars are parked in gate-accessed, uncovered premiere parking lot near the Boynehof Lodge. Security patrols parking lot on continued basis. To retrieve your vehicle, simply dial the operator or call 231.549.6000. 

  • Chalet Edelweiss guests are invited to use the Clock Tower Lodge pool, fitness room, and hot tubs. It is required to use your room key to access these areas. 

  • Yes, we provide simple step-by-step instructions on how to make a delicious carafe of Alpine Blend coffee right in the comfort of your room. An assortment of Tea Forte is also provided.
