Lift Ticket FAQ

  • Tickets are open-to-close. If the resort is open 9am to 4:30pm, then your ticket is good 9am to 4:30pm. If the resort is open 9am to 9pm, then your ticket is good 9am to 9pm.

  • The 4 hours starts at the time your ticket is printed. Your lift ticket is only valid for those 4 hours. 

  • Single and multi-day tickets may be traded in at the Season Pass Office and the value of the lift tickets put towards the current price of a BOYNE Gold Pass on the day or date range the tickets are valid for only. The discount off the BOYNE Gold Pass matches the price the customer paid for the lift tickets.

    There is a small window, February 10-29, 2020, when offer is not valid - as season passes are not on sale. Bluegreen Vacation Rental vouchers are not valid with this offer. 

  • Boyne Rewards points are applied at the ticket window when the tickets are printed, the day of.

  • No. Show your military ID at the ticket window to receive $20 off an open-to-close ticket and $15 off a 4-hour flex or night ticket. (For active/retired US military and their immediate family members only.)

  • No. Gift cards can ONLY be used at the ticket window for full priced tickets. Purchase your tickets online and save your gift card to use when you're at the resort.

  • 1-day, 4-hour flex and night tickets are ONLY good at the resort they were purchased for. Multi-day tickets can be used at both resorts, BUT they have to be picked up at the resort they were purchased at.

  • Once the tickets are purchased, you will receive a confirmation email with your itinerary number.  Bring your itinerary number to the ticket window to pick up your tickets.

  • All online ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
