Petoskey
Petoskey's Historic Gaslight District has been a shopping destination for over 100 years, and it still earns it. More than 170 independent shops, boutiques, galleries, and restaurants spread across the streets with views of Little Traverse Bay. The mix of upscale and approachable, local and artisan, makes it one of the best downtowns in northern Michigan for a full afternoon out.

A Petoskey institution since 1946, and consistently voted Northern Michigan's favorite gift shop. The go-to for Petoskey stone jewelry, Michigan-made gifts, and Up North souvenirs.
Bearcub Outfitters
The outdoor gear shop in the Gaslight District. Hammocks, backpacks, tents, hiking gear, paddling equipment. If you do it outside, Bearcub has it. Staffed by people who use everything they sell.

One of the most distinctive antique shops in northern Michigan, blending antiques and vintage finds with handcrafted furnishings, lighting, women's clothing, and jewelry. A design-forward store that rewards a slow browse.
