Offered Services

• Bell Service, Concierge & Valet | Boyne Mountain bell, concierge, and valet staff are available upon request. The Concierge Desk is located in the Mountain Grand Lodge and Spa lobby. Call 231.549.7907 for additional information. Self-parking is complimentary to all guests.
• Shipping & Receiving | Packages and outgoing mail can be picked up and dropped off at the Mountain Grand Lodge and Spa Front Desk for USPS service Monday through Friday.
• Electric Vehicle Charging | The resort has four SWTCH Charging Stations located in the Mountain Grand Lodge and Spa and Boynehof parking lots. EV charging costs $.40/kWh, plus a $.50 fee per charge without SWTCH account.

Tesla guests may request a J-1772 adapter at the Front Desk to charge their vehicles with the Switch chargers or use a wall plug in the Boynehof parking lot.

Facilities

• Airport | Boyne Mountain is a pilot-friendly, fly-in destination. For those with private planes, Boyne Mountain is your most convenient choice. We offer a 5,200-foot paved and lighted jet strip with instrument approach landing.
• Arcade | The Avalanche Bay Arcade has over 50 games and the coolest titles! Arcade is located next to Avalanche Bay Waterpark, and waterpark admission is not required to enter and play.
• ATM + Reverse ATM | ATMs are located in the Mountain Grand Lodge and Spa lobby. Boyne Mountain is a cashless resort, a reverse ATM is available to turn cash into a Visa Gift Card with no fees.
• Business Center | Located on the lower level of the Mountain Grand Lodge and Spa, guests must sign-in at the Mountain Grand Lodge and Spa Front Desk. A complimentary computer with Internet access, printer, and telephone are available.
• Fitness Centers | The Clock Tower Lodge Fitness Center, including a Peloton bike, is available complimentary for resort lodging guest. It is open daily from 10am-10pm. Mountain Grand Lodge and Spa guests get complimentary access to the Spa Fitness Center, which features Peloton bikes, flat-screen televisions, circuit training, cardio machines, and weights.
• Pet-Friendly Rooms | Pet-friendly rooms are available in the Boynehof Lodge and Deer Lake Villas. Requests must be made prior to arrival or at the time of booking, subject to availability.
• Pools
  • The Clock Tower Lodge has an outdoor heated pool and hot tub available year-round for complimentary use by resort lodging guests. Includes use of locker rooms, showers, and sauna. Towels are provided in pool area. 
  • The Mountain Villa complex has a centrally located swimming pool available for complimentary use during the summer season by resort lodging guests.
  • An indoor/outdoor heated pool is located at the Mountain Grand Lodge and Spa and is open year-round for guests lodging at the Mountain Grand Lodge and Spa. Towels are provided in pool area.
  • Children under 15 years of age must be supervised by an adult, 18+. Lifeguards are not appointed at any Boyne Mountain pool areas.
  • No glass containers or outside food and beverages are allowed in pool areas.
  • No smoking or vaping is allowed in pool areas.
• The Spa | The Spa at Boyne Mountain is designed to rejuvenate and recharge active adventurers. The Spa facilities include 18 treatment rooms, relaxation lounges, cedar saunas, whirlpools, steam rooms, indoor/outdoor pool, state-of-the-art fitness and training facilities, and a full-service salon.
