Cancellation Policies

High fives - you picked us for your adventure! While we're crossing our fingers...and toes that everything goes perfectly, we know life sometimes has other plans (like your boss canceling your PTO or spontaneous time travel). No worries, though - our cancellation process is smoother than fresh corduroy on a bluebird morning!

How It Works

  • Season Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • If a passholder cannot use their pass and notifies the Customer Care office prior to November 15, a credit voucher will be issued for the full cost of the pass.
  • Valid for one year from date of issue.

Rollover Request

  • Lessons & Rentals must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of reservation will result in a credit voucher issued for the full value of the activity cost (no fee).
  • Same-day changes or cancellations will result in a full forfeit of your payment.
  • If cancellations are made on behalf of the resort due to weather, we will allow the guest to reschedule within the season or issue a full refund.
  • Adventure Activities must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of reservation will result in a credit voucher issued for the full value of the activity cost (no fee).

SkyBridge Michigan tickets are date-specific, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
