Guided one-hour trail rides begin at the Boyne Mountain Stable and take riders through some of the resort's quieter, scenic areas. Perfect for ages 8 and up.

The Mane Event

Experience the ultimate connection between horse and rider with our bareback riding program. Our wranglers use a step-by-step approach to safely introduce you to this timeless riding style. Begin with balance training on our stationary barrel horse, then progress to a gentle, hand-led bareback ride. This 45-minute journey is designed for ages 6 and up with no prior experience needed. Maximum weight restrictions apply.
Horse Parties
Perfect for birthdays, family reunions, summer camps, or just for fun! Suitable for ages 5 and up.
Our group package accommodates 6 children and includes one horse with two experienced wranglers for 2.5 hours - $395. Additional horses with wranglers available for $100 per hour.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Must be ages 3 and up for wrangler-led rides, must be able sit unassisted in saddle
- Must be ages 8+ and be able to sit unassisted on a horse for 1 hour trail ride.
- Maximum weight is 200lbs
- For the safety of our horses and our guests, each horse is assigned a specific Rider Maximum Weight Limit.
- Each rider is required to wear a helmet, which will be provided.
- Riders are required to wear close-toed shoes.
- Long pants are recommended.
- Please arrive at the Adventure Center 20 minutes prior to your scheduled ride time.
- We will arrange a shuttle on an "as-needed basis" to transport you to the Equestrian Center.
- Double riding, selfie sticks, and unmounted GoPros are not permissible.
- Waivers must be signed by all riders or by parent/guardian if 17 or younger.
Temperatures above 85 and below 10 degrees may require us to suspend our scheduled rides. If we need to cancel your reservation for any reason, our team will reach out directly.
