FAQs
Winter Season Passes are valid starting November 1 or the date of purchase, whichever is later. Winter Season Passes expire on April 30.
Friends & Family Passes are valid for any four (4) people. Guests do not need to be related. Passes are non-transferable, and only those signed up at the time of enrollment will receive a valid Avalanche Bay Splash Pass ID Card. No others can be added after enrollment.
Friends & Family Passes are valid for four (4) people, and an additional three (3) people can be added for an additional cost. There can be a maximum of seven (7) people per pass.
Splashers, ages 10 and younger, must be accompanied by a ticketed adult, age 18 or older.
Kids, ages two and under, are FREE with a paying adult.
