Easy Change Policy
If your plans change after pre-purchasing a lift ticket on boynemountain.com, no problem.
Online lift ticket purchases are date-specific, non-transferable, and non-refundable. However, if you're not able to use your tickets on the dates you intended you have another option. Easy Change allows you to apply the dollar value of your online purchase toward the purchase of regular-price tickets at the resort any later date that season. You will pay the difference in price, but you don't lose the value of your original purchase and have the flexibility to come any other day.
To make the change, you MUST give us a call at 888.626.2346 by 3PM prior to the day your pre-purchased ticket starts and we'll credit the value of your ticket towards the purchase of another ticket here at the resort on any other date this season.*
* Credits are valid toward the purchase of a regular-priced ticket at the resort for the same number of days or longer. You MUST choose new date at time of change, and new date must occur before the end of the 2021-22 winter season. Changes are not available on tickets purchased through a third party, and are non-transferable. Refunds are not issued if credits are applied toward a lower-priced ticket or are unused within one year of transaction date.
Chose the wrong date? We're happy to make that change - we'll apply the amount paid towards a new ticket, no refunds available.
