Carnival Weekend
The Season Isn't Over. It's Just Getting Good.
While everyone else is hanging up their skis, we're hosting the biggest party of the year at the heart of the resort.

Carnival Weekend 2026 is a full-throttle celebration of everything that makes Boyne different: a ski season that refuses to quit, a glacier that keeps on giving, and a crowd that knows how to send it right.
This year, we're taking over Stein Eriksen's Patio and the Clock Tower to honor the roots of this storied event and toast to what's still ahead. Victor Glacier runs through mid-May — and Carnival Weekend is the party that proves it. This is #BigMountainEnergy, and it runs all weekend long.
Shall We Begin?

The Go Rounds
Kick things off a day early with The Go Rounds bringing live music to the patio. If you're not already on property, this is your reason to show up tonight.

Costume Contest with DJ T-Bone
Take the party inside and let the competition begin. Rock your best costume and keep the energy going well into the night.
Snow Bunny Ball
Every year, we host our famous Carnival Weekend — once featured in a Warren Miller ski movie and a true rite of passage for spring in northern Michigan.
Carnival's origins trace back to the early days of Boyne Mountain Ski Club, when a group of skiers hosted the Snow Bunny Ball. It began on Friday night in the Trophy Room with everyone dressed in costumes. The next day, skiers had to wear their costumes on the hill — or they were rounded up and put in "jail" by ski patrol.
The tradition lives on. And with Victor Glacier extending our season well into May, it's never felt more fitting to celebrate.

Victor Glacier Revival

Patio & Pool Party
Sun, slush, an ice bar, and Mild Pulp on stage. This is spring skiing, Boyne style.

Cold Plunge & Portable Sauna Party
Cool down, heat up, and repeat. Detroit Mobile Sauna is rolling its wood-fired sauna and portable sauna igloos onto the slopes. Built for a crowd, cranked to full heat, and parked where they belong: at the base of Boyne Mountain. Saxu4ia provides the soundtrack for a refreshing après session.

Slopeside Après
One of Michigan's most beloved live acts takes the stage as the sun goes down. A buffet inside keeps the fuel flowing without missing a beat.

Victor's Victory Party
The night caps off at the Snowflake Lounge. DJ Bill Da Cat closes out Saturday the only way that makes sense — loud and late.
Show Up or Show Out

Slush Cup - Sink or Skim
The most chaotic, legendary tradition in Michigan skiing. DJ Sam Hauxwell keeps the energy at full send while daredevils take their shot at the pool.

The After Splash
The party doesn't. Head to the Back Forty for a DJ set straight from the gondola booth and keep the weekend rolling until you absolutely have to leave.
