No matter how you choose to spend your time at Boyne Mountain, you can rest assured: we have all the amenities and services you need to make the most of your stay. 

BELL SERVICE, CONCIERGE & VALET
Boyne Mountain bell, concierge, and valet staff are available upon request.  The Concierge Desk is located in the Mountain Grand Lodge and Spa lobby. Call 231.549.7907 for additional information.

Self parking is complimentary to all guests. 

CHILDCARE
Full day childcare is available at the Helga Haus Children's Learning Center for children ages 3 months-12 for the winter season only. Call 231.549.7155 for reservations and more information.

SHIPPING & RECEIVING
Packages and outgoing mail can be picked up and dropped off at the Mountain Grand Lodge and Spa Front Desk for USPS service Monday through Friday. 

SHUTTLE SERVICE
Complimentary shuttle services are available to all resort lodging guests for transportation to on-property destinations. 

SKI/SNOWBOARD VALET 
Complimentary ski and snowboard equipment valet is available to resort lodging guests. Valet  is located on the backside of Forty Acres Tavern.

ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING STATION
Charge it up! The resort has two Tesla Charging Stations that are complimentary to use during your stay. The Tesla charging stations are located at the entrance to the Mountain Grand Lodge and Spa. There are also two ENELX (single port chargers) charging stations located in the Mountain Grand Lodge and Spa parking area with two additional ENELX charging stations in the Boynehof lot that are complimentary for guests. 

BONFIRES & S'MORES
Gather around the fire and roast s'mores in the Back Forty Beirgarten on Friday and Saturday nights 6-8pm.

FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT
Swing by the Mountain Grand Lodge and Spa for family games, coloring books/supplies, and special holiday crafts. 

FAMILY MOVIES
Bring the family together for an evening movie. Movies are played on select nights in the Geneva Room of the Mountain Grand Lodge. 

FISHING & FLY FISHING
Complimentary pond fishing is available during the summer and fall.  Complimentary fishing poles are available at Boyne Outfitters.  Boyne Outfitters offers free casting lessons on weekends during the summer season.  Private and guided fly fishing trips are also offered year-round. 

HIKING | SUMMER AND FALL
Boyne Mountain is an unspoiled outdoor paradise. We invite you to hike our 4,000 acres. 

LIBRARY
The resort library is located in the Mountain Grand Lodge and Spa lobby, adjacent to the fireplace. Stop in to enjoy complimentary books to read during your stay. Leave the books in your room upon departure and we'll take care of the rest! 

ICE SKATING 
A maintained ice rink is located outside Stein Eriksen's behind the Clock Tower Lodge and is open daily in the winter season, weather permitting. Complimentary figure and hockey skates are available in the chalet next to the rink on a first come, first serve basis.

SNOWSHOEING
Complimentary snowshoe rentals are available to resort lodging guests at the Adventure Center from 5-8pm on Fridays, Saturdays, and Holidays on a half-mile trek around the magically lit pond. Youth and adult snowshoes are available.  

AIRPORT 
Boyne Mountain is a pilot friendly, fly-in destination. For those with private planes, Boyne Mountain is your most convenient choice. We offer a 5,200-foot paved and lighted jet strip with instrument approach landing. No reservation, landing fees, or parking fees are required. Pellston Regional Airport (42 miles) and Traverse City Cherry Capital Airport (63 miles) are both less than one-hour drives from the resort.

ARCADE 
The Avalanche Bay Arcade has over 50 games and the coolest titles! Arcade is located next to Avalanche Bay Indoor Waterpark, and waterpark admission is not required to enter and play.

ATM
ATMs are located in the Clock Tower Lodge lobby and Avalanche Bay Arcade.

BEACH
Beautiful Deer Lake Beach is located on the west side of the resort property. Resort lodging guests enjoy complimentary shuffleboard, tennis courts, a putting green, kayaks, and paddle boats.  Sailboat and Stand Up Paddleboard rentals are also available.  Call 231.549.7155 for additional information.

BUSINESS CENTER
Located on the lower level of the Mountain Grand Lodge and Spa, guests must sign-in at the Mountain Grand Lodge and Spa Front Desk.  A complimentary computer with Internet access, printer, and telephone are available. Call 231.549.7902 for additional details.

FITNESS CENTERS
The Clock Tower Lodge Fitness Center, including a Peloton bike, is available complimentary for resort lodging guest use. It is open daily from 10am-10pm. 

Mountain Grand Lodge and Spa lodging guests enjoy complimentary use of the Mountain Grand Lodge and Spa Fitness Center  featuring Peloton bikes, flat screen televisions, circuit training, cardio machines, and weights. Resort guests not lodging at the Mountain Grand Lodge and Spa may purchase a Spa Day Pass to access the fitness center, indoor/outdoor pool, whirlpools, cedar saunas, steam rooms, fitness classes, and lounges. PET FRIENDLY ACCOMODATIONS
Pet friendly hotel rooms are available in the Boynehof.  Request must be made prior to arrival at the time of booking and is subject to availability.

POOLS

• The Clock Tower Lodge has an outdoor heated pool and hot tub available year-round for complimentary use by resort lodging guests. Includes use of locker rooms, showers, and sauna. Towels are provided in pool area. 
• The Mountain Villa complex has a centrally located swimming pool available during the summer season for complimentary use by resort lodging guests.
• An indoor/outdoor heated pool is located at the Mountain Grand Lodge and Spa and is open year-round for guests lodging at the Mountain Grand Lodge and Spa. Towels are provided in pool area. Resort guests not lodging at the Mountain Grand Lodge and Spa may access the pool with the purchase of a Spa Day Pass.  Call 231.549.7946 for additional information or buy online now.
• Children under 15 years of age must be supervised by an adult, 18+.  Lifeguards are not appointed at any Boyne Mountain pool areas.
• No glass containers or outside food and beverage are allowed in the pool areas.
• No smoking or vaping is allowed in pool areas.
